is the quality any good?
Yes! Your roll is always developed in fresh chemistry and then scanned on Fujifilm Frontier scanners. That's the classic among lab scanners. For a lot of people, these scanners define what 'the analogue look' actually is. Beautiful colours, sharp scans, high resolution.
where is my film roll developed?
In our own lab in Utrecht. Everything from arrival to scan happens in one place, by us.
how long before my photos are ready?
About a week from the moment your roll arrives. We send updates by email.
how do i get my photos?
Once we've developed and scanned your roll, you'll get an email from us with a link to download your photos.
what kinds of film do you develop?
Standard 35mm colour (C-41) film rolls or disposable cameras. We don't currently develop black-and-white or other formats like 120. If you'd like us to, let us know!
do you also sell film rolls?
Yes! Soon you'll be able to order them through the site.
how do i send in my roll?
Pop it in an envelope with your order number and send it our way. The address is in your confirmation email.
do i get my negatives back?
When ordering, you can choose whether we keep your negatives or discard them. We keep them for 3 months. Within that time you can place an order to have them shipped back to you.
what if it turns out my roll is empty?
We'll let you know as soon as we see it. Unfortunately the development cost still applies. We incur it the moment we start.
multiple rolls at once?
Throw them in one envelope. We'll develop them together and send all the scans to your inbox.
