These are the terms and conditions for using posi film lab services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

our service

We develop 35mm C41 color negative film and provide high-resolution digital scans. Turnaround time is approximately one week from when we receive your film.

your film

We handle your film with care, but film development involves inherent risks. We are not responsible for damage to film that was already damaged, improperly stored, or expired.

liability

In the unlikely event that your film is damaged or lost during processing, our liability is limited to a refund of the service cost. We cannot replace irreplaceable moments, so please keep this in mind.

refunds

If there's a problem with our processing or scanning that affects the quality of your photos, we'll either re-scan your negatives for free or offer a full refund. Email us within 14 days of receiving your scans with your order number and a description of the issue. We can't offer refunds for issues caused by the film itself (expired film, camera malfunctions, user error) or for creative preferences about color or exposure.
